Pic For The Day - Gargoyles On The Ceiling
Friday, November 6, 2009 at 11:01AM We were in a church in Germany last month wandering around. There is a lot to look at in most older churches. You could wander for a while. I sat down on a pew, and when I leaned back and looked up, I saw these guys. I kinda dig 'em.

I did read Pillars, and the one after it too. I read them both in Serbia and Poland. I can't tell you how much they have influenced the way I look at old villages, and town walls, and churches. Good timing for me reading them.
